SECOND ANNUAL TALOR GOOCH FOUNDATION PRO-AM GOLF TOURNAMENT
MAY 8, 2023 | CEDAR RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB
For the second year in a row, professional golf came to Tulsa and the Talor Gooch Foundation was there to welcome the world’s best.
Sergio Garcia, Bubba Watson, Patrick Reed, Bryson DeChambeau and many other pros joined dozens of major donors, volunteers, those served by the TG Foundation, as well as, Talor and Ally Gooch.
The events kicked off with a meet-and-greet for kids and families at The GOAT Bar and Kitchen, where Talor and Bubba Watson signed autographs, posed with LIV trophies, mingled with fans, and distributed Gooch Gang merch.
A pairings party at Cedar Ridge Country Club followed, featuring a silent auction and the ability for Foundation donors to meet, interact with, and hear from moms being saved from addiction through Hope is Alive. In 2022, the Foundation was able to help fund a new home in Tulsa to expand the amazing hope giving program to women in Tulsa.
On a beautiful Monday morning, more than 80 golfers teed off with pros and future pros on every tee of Cedar Ridge Country Club. It may well have been a charity first: playing a tournament course the week OF an event, with ropes, corporate hospitality, and tee boxes ready for LIV Tulsa. It was a remarkable day with a big thanks to those who played, volunteered, and made it possible – thanks LIV Golf!
In a stunning conclusion, the Rolex watch closest-to-the-pin contest ended with Chris Davis donating the watch back, and Talor auctioning it off live. Thanks to the unbelievable generosity of Range Goats captain Bubba Watson and Chip Beaver that single moment raised more than $108,000 for the Foundation.
In all, the two day event raised $550,000 and will allow Talor and Ally’s hearts and faith to continue to shine across Oklahoma – helping parents break the cycle of drug and alcohol addiction through Hope is Alive, helping strengthen and empower children in after school programs through Positive Tomorrows, and giving young golfers the opportunity to pursue greatness through the AJGA’s Talor Gooch Foundation Junior Championship.
Thank you to everyone who donated time, talent, and dollars to make the Second Annual event the best yet.

FIRST ANNUAL TALOR GOOCH FOUNDATION PRO-AM GOLF TOURNAMENT
MAY 23RD, 2022 | TULSA COUNTRY CLUB
On the evening of May 22nd and the day of May 23rd, the Talor Gooch Foundation hosted its first annual TGF events in Tulsa, Ok.
The Sunday evening pairings party was spent with players, guests, and the host Talor Gooch. They enjoyed fellowship with live music by Corey Kent, food and drinks provided by the Summit Club, and a silent auction put on by TGF. One of the highlights of the evening came with Hope is Alive Founder, Lance Lang, who spoke to the attendees about his organization, its mission, and a new sober living home that HIA is looking to purchase in Tulsa, Ok.
On Monday, May 23rd the Pro-Am event took place at Tulsa Country Club where 18 teams gathered in support of the foundation. The rain did come after play started but a great time was had all over the 9 holes played. Governor Kevin Stitt came out in support and played on a team with his brother Keith and other close friends. We were very excited and thankful that he and many others took the time and were able to play. Another highlight of Monday was when Positive Tomorrows' President/CEO Margaret Creighton was able to speak to the group about their organization, and all they are doing to help many underprivileged kids of Oklahoma City. It was truly a remarkable day.
The Talor Gooch Foundation plans to help Hope is Alive, Positive Tomorrows, and the Oklahoma Jr Golf Tour with funds raised from our inaugural events.
A huge THANK YOU goes out to all who donated and took the time to attend and support the Talor Gooch Foundation mission. We simply could not accomplish our goals without your generosity.
Total dollars raised May 22nd and 23rd: $277,769.84
